Severely underused and wasted by Vince, just like everyone else not named Cena or Randy Orton.

Go watch his Wrestlemania match from this year vs. Cena.

Best match of the show.

Eh, given he stunk up Summerslam against Kane and only started having good matches in January, I'd say he's risen pretty rapidly up the card. He's set for life in that gimmick too, so eventually he'll get the gold.

I'm glad his career is getting some recognition now that it is over. He was certainly promising, I'm not sure why they let Cena beat his entire family three times to end it so soon.

Anybody know what he is doing now?

Wrestling isnt going to be producing cross-media superstars in the foreseeable future, their market is shrinking. And i think recognizably is part of being the GOAT in entertainment

Disagree entirely with that. Told a nice story, but there were much better matches on that card.

Royal Rumble 2014 against Daniel Bryan however... Phenomenal match.

He is easily one of the best on the roster right now, but he's already been fed to Cena and that is a path few recover from. Him and Jericho should have a good feud though so he might be in a good place by the end of Summerslam. Hoping so!

Jericho feud

gee, wonder why that match sucked

Sorry dude, it takes two to tango.

Orton, Cena, Bryan, Punk all got decent matches out of Kane. Wyatt didn't. Hence why he didn't get pushed to the moon until after Bryan made him look like an eater of worlds. As good as he's got, he's still not ready to be 'the guy' who the company revolves around heel wise. Which is fine, in this role he's barely a year into it.

And as good as he is, he's going to get even better. Nearly as good as Roberts on the mic already, gimmick fits the age perfectly, his two lackeys are a rock-solid tag team. and he's got the catchphrases. Now he just needs to continually improve his ring-work.

Orton, Cena, Bryan, and Punk have never had good matches with Kane, they're not miracle workers

I said decent, not good.

Watchable matches then. Wyatt's was a trainwreck. Which, again, is fine. Meant they pushed him gradually, until the kinks were ironed out some.

And they also weren't surrounded by fire

As for Cena/Bray at Mania, that was kinda dumb despite it being a fairly good match. Cena couldn't give in to hitting Wyatt with a steel chair because that would mean he'd be giving in to Wyatt's message or something idfk. They changed motivations and the reason for that feud every other week

They used that same thing in a Punk/Jericho match also at Mania.

It's just not a good story for wrestling, given wrestling is designed around BEATING YOUR OPPONENT UNTIL HE CAN'T GET UP. Suddenly having wrestlers refuse to beat the Hell out of others doesn't flow with that.

Keep in mind none of those matches took place in a ring surrounded by fire.

It worked fine for the Punk one. The point was if Punk used the chair he'd get disqualified and since they added the stop that he'd lose his belt on a DQ it wouldn't be in his best interest to use the weapon.

"That's not you, John!"

Was strongly behind him. Then LolCena happened and now IDGAF about wrestling.

He's owned that gimmick and delivers the best promos since Kurt Angle/Eddie Guerrero, better in ring than most of these scrubs and what does he get? LOLCENA feud that went nowhere and did nothing for either guy.

and now apparently he's in a feud with inverted titties. He sure helped Dolph and CM Punk

Yeah, that's my thing with Jericho.

For all people talk about Cena, who's Jericho ever gotten over? Like truly gotten from midcard to main events? He's lucky this time that Wyatt is a train you can slow down but can't stop.

Jericho's issue is that he puts over /everybody/ and while i appreciate that and it shows what a lack of an ego he has, eventually the victories don't mean anything

he's quite astonishing on the MIC, not alot of people comparable to him. It's also so good that you can't really retort to him.

I actually would wing it and say Ambrose & him would have a fantastic psycho feud.

This guy has IT. The way he motors around the ring for a big guy is nothing short of phenomenal. Gimmick is great and charisma levels off the charts. Entrance and theme are just amazing. He seemed to me to be nothing less than the successor to the Undertaker.

Then, those three little words happened:

"Cena wins, lol"

This guy owns his gimmick, really rare these days to see a gimmick like that and have a guy make it work.

Bray is great and he's pretty much set for life, regardless of what people here say about Cena-burials (valid as that may be), a guy like Bray is pretty much guaranteed a job and place near the top forever, guy oozes charisma.

Yeah I don't think he has lost much of anything since Cena won, dudes still great.

I like his brother as well Bo Dallas, great walk out, starting to get a little bit psycho. Good mic skills as well. His finisher is terribad though, needs a new one.

I actually think he has some real talent but I have not liked a single feud he's been and I find it impossible to take his gimmick seriously. It stands out so weirdly in this pg reality era, we've got HHH constantly going on about what's BEST FOR BUSINESS and then we get guys coming in looking like complete non athletes babbling complete nonsense. I genuinely think he has no idea what he's going on about half the time he's doing a promo, but hey whatever as long as it's some vague thing about how the good guy is WRONG CUZ DEY BEEN LAH'IN TO YOU MAAAAN.

Can't even watch the show anymore. The product as a whole is just so bad. Stop jobbing Sandow out please for the love of God it hurts my soul.

He's basically isolated from the main event while they try to figure out how to get past Orton, Cena and Reigns main eventing without burying either one. Any other feud for him right now would be a Cena feud because for some reason everyone is involved with the main title right now.

He's way above the IC title too even though that would be a nice two month diversion if that belt meant as much today as it did in 1997.

I wholly agree.

The entire Bray Wyatt character is fantastic and while they haven't always used him right, he does a superb job of executing it.

Also, that theme, man.

Who cares about Bray Wyatt when Cody Rhodes has become a being of pure energy? Too bad the Dust Bros are stuck in an eternal match with Rybaxel.

Creating threads on NeoGAF.

I loved his Voldo stance at Wrestlemania.
