To me this sounds like the ultimate job. Sitting in a room all day thinking of really stupid ideas to promote the beer. "How bout... when it feels temperature change from someone's hand it greets you with a hello?"

Ever notice that beer is the only consumer packaged food/beverage item that doesn't have to list ingredients?

It's because no one wants you to know what you're drinking from macrobrews. We're talking about a product that costs around $1/gal to produce and ship... seeing what's in there would be like finding out your favorite stroganoff was made with cat food.
[insert Findus Lasagna joke here]

But at least my bowtie can will tell me when it's cold enough!

Huh, I never associated their logo with a bowtie. I wouldn't really call it iconic if presumably most people don't get that's what it's supposed to mean. Neat looking can though.

It's owned by the fucking mafia aka inbev, who ironically also owns budd.. but that doesn't mean much

Well it means something if you're trying to avoid supporting macrobrews. For some reason it shocked my dad to learn Landshark beer was made by AB. He thought it was a microbrew lol. I assume most people don't really know just how many brands AB owns that they think are grocery store sold microbrews.

Why did it take this long? I can't tell you the number of times I've wished for a more grippable can. Wait, yes I can. Zero. Zero times.

So half of their batch went through manufacturing error, and they realized it would be cheaper to market it as "innovation" than scraping it all? LOL!

There's the kind of cynicism I've come to enjoy here at GAF; the kind of person that sees right through today's chicken salad sandwich lunch special for what it really is: yesterday's unserved leftovers.

I can't attest to the sales numbers but yeah you can pick up a 6 pack in pretty much every grocery store I've been to in the past 5 years. I'm not a big fan of wheat beer so I don't really care for it but as far as wheat beers go I like it more than Blue Moon.

Setting aside...just about everything here, the can itself would look better without the "King Of Beers" and related text arranged as is.

Makes it seem more smushed in/desperation pipe-like (as AkuMifune pointed out) than it should.

Seriously, did it really take over two years for them to develop a dented can?

What?

3 years for this?

"Yeah boss, the engineers say we'll need another, uh, 6 months of development time. So yeeeeeah, can you increase our funding? We also need equipment upgrades. Which ones? Err...all of them. Everything at the plant too. Yeah, I'm sure we'll need another 10 months for that."

"Okay boys, they bought it. Deal me back in."
