I've looked all over and I cannot find a list of the songs included on the Burnout Legends soundtrack. I know it contains at least some of the songs on the Burnout Revenge soundtrack, but I was wondering if it has any more/less/different songs as compared to the Revenge soundtrack, or if it was exactly the same.

no idea about the soundtrack listing, but apparantly you can use custom soundtracks in Burnout Legends if you backup the game and replace the music files with your converted mp3s using the EAC PSP version used for Toca. damn EA for not supporting this

Yep, actually there is no option to use your own files and instead you have to suffer the EA Trax selection.
Unless you backup the game and switch the files...

Switching files rules. Same worked with Wipeout Pure.

I don't think you need TOCA EAC. You can use any batch sound converter as long as you have the ATRAC3 codec installed (it can be downloaded on Sony's site somewhere)

*edit* You may also need to reaplce the "libatrac3plus.prx" in the burnout with the same file from Wipeout pure, for the files encoded with this codec to work.

I have prepared a set of AC3 encoded files for those wanting a "different" soundtrack. I've put music from:

Outrun 2
Daytona USA 2
Scud Race
Metropolis Street Racer
Ridge Racer V
Sega Touring Car
Sega Rally
Ridge Racer Revolution
Wangan Midnight
Initial D

Perhaps I'll upload tomorrow somewhere...Dunno if it will work with BL but it deffinitelly works with TOCA 2 which supports it.
