Bus drivers in Swaziland have threatened to rape any female passenger seen wearing a miniskirt.
They have banned women from wearing revealing clothes on buses after three men were arrested for allegedly gang-raping an 18-year-old schoolgirl at a bus station in the town of Manzini.

Witnesses said the men - a bus driver and two conductors - shouted abuse at the girl for wearing a miniskirt.
When about 1,000 women demonstrated against the attack, drivers and conductors threatened to do the same again. One conductor said: "Women who wear miniskirts want to be raped, and we will give them what they want."

Its "special" cases like these I remember the Ali quote

After defeating George Foreman for the heavyweight title in Zaire, Muhammad Ali returned to the United States where he was asked by a reporter, "Champ, what did you think of Africa?" Ali replied, "Thank God my granddaddy got on that boat."

PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS PEINS oh god i am drowning in them
Mini-skirts are fucking dangerous though. Take a woman I'd never even consider doing, and put a mini-skirt on her and damn if I wouldn't FHUTA.

"Women who wear miniskirts want to be raped [...]"
And it just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that there are more than a few Americans who would agree with this statement.

Sadly, this is an all too common event in Swaziland. I sat behind an exchange student from Swaziland in Sociology. She told me that several of her very close friends got beat to within an inch of their lives for wearing revealing clothing. The men of the town would hurl stuff at the girls until they got close enough to rip off the offensive materials. Then, they would have to walk home beaten and naked to get changed. Bizarrely enough, the law doesn't prohibit it.

How's that for logic?

Fucktard #1: "The clothes that woman is wearing is revealing too much of her body!"

Fucktard #2: "Let's rip her clothes off till she's naked!"

Fucktard #1: "Okay, that'll be much more appropriate!"

At least it's not provocative, just naked. :D

Seriously, though, Swaziland needs a nap.

I was gonna post the lyrics for a song entitled Miniskirt, but a casual Google search was fruitless and there is no way I'm bothering to actually transcribe them.
