I will never stop eating Taco Bell
You have to go all the way out to the shitty suburbs to get Taco bell in Vancouver. I've never had it.
Considering they didn't even bother to get quotes from someone not working directly for Taco Bell, calling this an "advertorial" might even be a bit generous. Is that advertorial content?
Really? Food that includes fuckin' sand as one of it's ingredients is suppose to be healthy?!?
A 'dietician' is an absolutely meaningless term. It's not a thing, and there's no studying or degree involved. It's a fake nutritionist, basically.
You're adding this after the fact.
That ret-conned information is also irrelevant to Taco Bell's foods' nutrition.
Try again when you can formulate an actual point of discussion.
Actually this thread got me looking at their nutrition calculator and there are a handful of things there I could actually eat without throwing out my plan. Mind you I eat low carb so there is little I could eat there but even some of these macros are not THAT bad.
Yeah Taco Bell is good when you want to eat healthy but I prefer Pollo Loco (don't know how far they extend out of So Cal) in any case they both have far better taste than anything you can get at subway
Is it because you poop it out only 2 hours after eating? It's like it was never there!
No kidding. If someone doesn't provide the results of a full physical with blood work then they have no position and anything they post means fuck-all. Accreditation of the physician performing the exam as well as certification for the lab performing the blood analysis should also be included or you can kindly GTFO of any discussion. I expect these reports to be peer-reviewed and published in the American Journal of Medicine or you are simply wasting our time.
😏
SoCal'r here, and I regularly walk the 8 extra blocks to Pollo Loco over Taco Bell for specifically the case that I was unaware they have anything else close to the Pollo Bowl (w/black beans) in terms of "healthier" fast food options.
Wouldn't be nearly as funny if it wasn't true.
Never understood what MAS is..
Isn't it Spanish for "more"? So, "live more" is what it means.
Taco Bell the GOAT

XiaNaphryz, now that you are a mod doesn't give you the right to lie to me in a thread title!
Article writer said:In my own personal experience, after a week of eating nothing but fast food, Taco Bell was one of the best chains around to find healthy options.
I get one of these from TB every week. Under 500 calories

At least in CA, I've always seen fresco options on the menu in-store. At the very least, they list that you can ask for the fresco menu in-person.Good job, article writer on saying they're healthy but not listing any options/menu building. You apparently can only find these "fresco" options through the mobile order?
You should look up the potential toxicity of dihydrogen monoxide. They put that shit in all sorts of food. You'll never catch me eating any DNA in my food. Also, I am glad that humans have never manipulated or modified the genetics of any food until the last 15 years, otherwise humanity would have been poisoned centuries ago.
