Butters In My Coffee

Darkmakaimura

Can You Imagine What SureAI Is Going To Do With Garfield?
So recently I tried putting a slice of butter in the coffe filter with the grinds in my coffee maker.

Man, does it seriously improve the taste and feel of my coffee. I knew about putting butter in coffee but never like this and quality of life has improved fractionally.

Very satisfied with my coffee now.

I think I used to hear Joe Rogan talk about doing this and someone on his show calling it "Bulletproof Coffee" or something

Was like 5 years ago

Ive never tried it

I high recommend it.

It makes it smooth and somewhat creamy. Improves the taste and I currently use the Dunk Donuts brand.

Just use cream

Cream is just butter that still has buttermilk in it

When you fuck cream really hard the buttermilk separates from it and you create solid butter

Butter belongs on toast

Or just.. fuck it it's 2020 have your butter in your coffee, drink it out of a jar what do I know I'm just a caterpillar

What brand of butter do you use? I tried it once and it was like it wasn't coffee but a new drink I fell in love with.
Just cheap Great Value brand butter.

I usr cream too but the butter adds extra flavor and smoothness.

Why do Americans put butter in everything?
I dunno. Despite only being 156 lbs at 6' 2" height, I eat very unhealthy. I don't keep kosher and don't really have any list of diet plans.

Im British so. Butter in my tea? Tally ho

I didn't put eggs in my porridge and mix them then microwave m. It was alright. Reminded me of the slop they eat in the matrix though.

I tried it many years back. Bought the coffee, MCT oil and everything. If the thought of an extremely smooth coffee that hits like a truck where the effect lasts for hours on end, it's good. The taste was decent enough but the effects were too all consuming for me personally. I thought the effects were never going to end. Turns out just eating a big meal finishes the ordeal.

Very strange tho, for a cup of coffee. I can definitely understand why certain types would love it. If you had a day where you needed to get lots done, especially physical work, with no time for lunch. It's perfect for a day like that.

This seems like a lot of effects for butter. You sure it wasn't acid? :)

Bulletproof Coffee tastes awesome.

The coconut oil version is also sweet.

Well I drink bulletproof coffee in the morning - you don't just drink it straight up butter and MTC oil - but you foam it up... so it tastes like foamy, nutty latte. Not bad at all.

I don't eat food because it'll make me healthy. I eat it because a) I'm hungry and b) it tastes good. That's why I put butter on a lot of things. Makes bland stuff savory.

All the healthy eaters will spend months/years in misery dying from cancer. Me? I'll keel over shoveling snow or something and the pain will only last a few minutes.

Do you just brew your coffee or do you use any methods like grinding fresh coffee, water coffee ratio, type of water, temp of water etc??

Nah just a Mr. Coffee.

Just dumped some hot cocoa mix into my coffee cup too.

Oh, do this sometimes, the good ol' at home Dunkaccino

I've never brewed with butter before, but I've made a coffee syrup with it

I've also added salt, it takes a bit of the bitterness away and adds a subtle savory to the coffee (use a good salt though)

So i never tried butter in my coffee but i heard about it. How does it taste? is it fuller, creamier in texture or does it taste like you put cream in it?

I tried but a slice of butter in my coffee, tasted ok, wasn't that impressed with it and my lips felts oily. I've heard adding a few pinches of cinnamon with your coffee grind is good. Been meaning to try that. Supposed to be a christmassy thing.

I tried the bulletproof coffee fad a few years ago. Added grass fed butter and coconut oil to coffee. What a greasy fuckin mess! You'll never use that mug for anything else ever again. It was OK but too much work measuring this shit and that shit.

The idea is that doing this creates a long lasting energy effect throughout the day and not a spike-crash, right?
