New 3ds XL in black, bought new in late August 2015. Comes with boxes, packing material, a charger, and unopened AR cards. No chips or dings, I'm sure a picky player could find mars, but it appears to have no scratches. I never took it out of the house, was just kept on nightstand and didn't move. No tap intensive gaming, maybe used stylus twice. It does have minor hinge wobble, the kind that Nintendo says is intended. Screen clicks into place as it should. I can provide more detail if anyone has questions or wants additional pics.

Basically, I should just leave the negative feedback and accept this? Part of me wishes I could do something about it.

Yeah, sorry man, it's a pretty sucky situation. I think the Negative feedback should definitely stand, especially since he has had similar problems in the past apparently.

At least you have the game. He could have just sent nothing and you would have still had about the same amount of options. I don't mean that to downplay the situation, only to try to shine some light on a bad deal.

I seem to recall someone mentioning you can get your money back even if you used Paypal Gift. Maybe double check to see if it's possible? I've never done it myself.
