$100 is a ridiculous lowball for that, wow. Yes, I think you should be able to get some reasonable offers here, CAG, and gametz. Just make sure you sell to someone who understands (a) they can't change the NNID without losing all of the games, (b) you delete any/all pertinent credit card-type info, and (c) hopefully you find someone you trust enough in case any issues arise. I have bought a 3DS under similar circumstances here with great success so I think you should be able to find someone. :)
