Hey guys, I need help - in the form of pictures - of female themed super robots / mecha.

My knowledge is pretty limited at this point, Aphrodite A, Noble Gundam, some of the ZoE mecha, and Godannar stuff. IIRC, GGG has some femmes later in the series, or in Final.

Need pics. Please stay away from the Tezuka / fanboy "It's a robot, but our lead character bangs it" or "The robot wants to bang the lead" crap. E.G. Hand Maid May, Saber Marionette, etc.

Thanks for any help.

I'm leaning more towards Super Robots because I have an affinity for them, and I prefer the visual style to the ultra detailed Kawamori designs. Although I like both, I prefer - ZOMG! A LIONS HEAD ON THE BREASTPLATE!!!!!1111 :p

And it's the theme I'm working with.

KouRyu and (I can't remember her twin's name) appears in the GGG Final OVAs, that's the ones you're thinking of. There's quite a few other female super robots but I don't have the time to do the thinking or hunting. I'll see what i can scrounge up later.

If you want a female robot in a parody, The Ginrei Specials have Ginrei Robo. :D

I'll have to think some more and consult my cohorts on other female super robots.

If you want female superhero designs that are cool, I've always been a fan of the female Tekkaman in Tekkaman Blade/Blade II

Oh christ, a Ginrei mecha?! Is there enough metal ore on the planet for mecha Ginrei boobies? :p

I'll look into the Tekkaman stuff. I dig that, but never saw any and wasn't aware there were Tekkawomans.

There were 4 at least in the two Tekkaman Blade series. While Tekkaman Blade II OVA sucked (overall, it had some cool fights and things in it), it had the oh so hot Aki as a Tekkaman. So red and purty :D

Here's a bad capture of her.

That's really not female themed if you ask me =P.

Yeah, but aside from Noble there really aren't any female themed mechs in all of Gundam. Besides, I love the pink and red color scheme of Cagalli's Strike Rouge in comparison to her brother's blue and red Strike.
