I hope the game is fairly import friendly when it comes out... it is a fighting game so it shouldn't be too bad. I certainly have no expectations of this coming out here

Yup, saw that too. The problem is that half of the titles on that list were developed by external studios.

No region lock on NDS.

Region lock on PSP is limited to movies and music, games will reamin unaffected by the region. In other words, import friendly for games.

They are still one of the few truly hardcore devs left in Japan. But every developer needs to find ways to survive in a shrinking local market. Besides, the work they've done on the Naruto series thus far (especially 2 & 3) has been stellar.
