Alright I've lost a lot damn of weight and now I need to have surgery next month. After I'm done with this I'd like start working up.

What kind of routines should I start with? I'd like to also throw up some endurance training in there because I've just bought a mountain bike and I'd like to train and do some trails etc..

Also there's the big question I'm ashamed to ask but, would it be good to take something to help with weight training maybe for a few weeks and then stop it when you achieve what you want and go from there? Anyone here ever done that?

Take tribulus terrestris (the solaray brand is good and cheap). It's an herbal supplement that naturally raises your testosterone to optimal levels. Hahaha, of course it is. You can find it in pretty much any health food store. Like I said, it isn't testosterone, it just makes your body produce optimum levels of its own testosterone. Nothing synthetic, no steroids, no nothing. It's all totally natural and side-effect free.

Tribulous helps raise not just test levels but other hormones as well.
It works by triggering your LH (luetinizing hormone) which is the signal for your body to produce more hormones, not just test.

But it is more natural than when taking andro with tribulous, andro and trib combined can be strong as fuck and take a toll with long useage for the overall hormaone balance in your body.

It's a good suppliment and very recomended, I get best results taking it 20 before workouts and bedtime.

Just be prepared for some wild ass dreams, this stuff induces some serious dream states taken at bedtime, and before workouts it makes it seem like you can workout longer with more aggresiveness than normal.
