Jamie's attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, tells TMZ ... "Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story."

Hart adds, "The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."

The accuser says the #MeToo movement inspired her to finally file the police report. She also claims she wanted the alleged incident recorded in case other accusers come forward.

Yes, he slapped a woman.... With his dick.

Is there any proof? Or is it the typical accusation means guilty thing that goes with this sort of thing.

Guilty until proven innocent.... Where have you been? This is how things work now.

I mean she filed a police report 16 years after the fact. Because of a Twitter #... Seems legit.

There is a war brewing. While I feel for truly oppressed women. The ones that play these sex and children support games, men's patience is wearing thin.

Isn't this outside of the statute of limitations? I can imagine this is the sorta thing you would file a civil suit for and not report to the police in this time frame unless you are seeking attention. A civil suit seems more legitimate.

Maybe not the best news either for the new Spawn movie...

I'll tell what when the shoe is on the other foot. Women don't give the slightest hair on a rat's ass when other women are using their position and influence to get sex and favors from men. The chant is "You go girl"

Once women who make false accusations (Man found innocent in court, never makes it to court because it came out that she was lying before proceedings, etc) start going to jail for it you're going to see a lot less of them.

You’ll run into the same “he said, she said” issue - if you can’t prove he did it, thus rendering him innocent in the eyes of the law, you likely can’t prove she made it up, rendering her innocent in the eyes of the law.

I think it’s worth remembering that the idea behind #metoo - women not being afraid to speak out, and potentially confront their attackers - comes from a good place. That so many women have been silent for so long is not a good thing at all.

What’s not good is the idea that anonymous accusations must be treated as gospel, that we must assume guilt due to the gravity of their accusations. That’s not ok in a civilised society, because it destroys the principles of our legal system, and destroys lives.
Once the unscrupulous clue on to their accusations being always true, and the fame and potential settlements coming their way, it’ll be abused. Just like anything that people blindly accept or follow. And once that happens, you’re back to square one - no one believes anyone, and the victims lost their one avenue for justice, because woke people have to virtue signal.

How did he slap her with his dick if she said no? Like does his dick reach that far up to her face? Did she put her face by his dick to say no?

Story doesn’t make sense. I hope this is legit and not some bullshit accusation.

Yes, he slapped a woman.... With his dick.

Man in courtroom: Everything was consensual up to that point your honor, and then she slapped me in my face with her breasts. Yes, I was sexuality assaulted.

Then again, I don't know the specific details of the accusation. Maybe she was reading a book, and his penis slapped her in the face with no warning whatsoever. If so, that was a real dick move.

Sorry.

But yes, if it's something like that, then it's actually sexual assault. Seeing as I'm sure no one can prove what happened either way, I'm not going to think anything less of Jaime Foxx or his accuser. As in most situations like this, I'm fine with saying I have no idea what really happened. Why everyone feels the need to take a side when accusations like these are made is beyond me.

Everyone has skeletons if you know where to look. Especially the Hollywood crowd. That's why I think it's ignorant for them to act all pious and above it all with their political opinions.

Truth be told actors are probably the most capable liars. They're used to pretending to be something they're not so nothing should surprise anyone anymore.

Wow. Literally just yesterday I was watching a Joe Rogan podcast with Jamie Foxx in which Foxx was saying how easily someone like him can be turned on by the social media crowd.

Prophetic?

False accusations of rape/assault should carry the same sentence of actual rape/assault if the person is caught as a liar

I said to my wife back in 2016 when De Niro was going really hard at Trump in all those TV ads: "I wonder what he's compensating for?".

I mean, you may want to look up the appropriate photo before you jump to conclusions about how difficult it would be for Jamie Foxx to manage. :goog_unsure: Just sayin'!

According to the accuser, asked for oral sex, which was refused, then slapped her with a dick.

Wow. Too bad I'm at work.

3 years I was told.

That's true, but in rare cases, when accuser goes too far with the details, it works.

But... was he already pants off or what? Or was it she smelled sweat and was like “no go get a shower” and he threw a dick jab counter insult?

so she was already down on him or what else did she do there searching for keys? And yes you can take back consent at any time. But the thought of this is pretty hilarious. Also do you have to prove that it was intentional or can he just say it was an accident by putting it away. Either way this should not be a metoo matter.

Waiting for Tom Hanks to be accused as it will be the final sign on Judgment Day on our doorstep. Seriously, it's a full blown witch hunt now and a great opportunity to grab some cash/publicity for "victims".

Thought experiment: We reach the point where 51% (the majority) of men are found guilty of committing a #metoo breach. What then? Incarcerate everyone? Accept that men's behavior is apparently 'normal'?

So according to her story he wanted her to perform oral sex on him and slapped her face with his penis when she refused. Sounds weird. Why was her face close to his penis then anyway? And she kept this for 16 years?

From what I hear, the reason why she is bringing this up now is that she wants other women who may have been 'assaulted' by Foxx to step up.

So not only does she have her own accusations, she is also pre-accusing him of doing things to imaginary women. I find that ridiculous. If you have specific information, bring it. If not, this seems to almost amount to slander.

If you stretch "raped or harassed or said something I didn't like or looked the way I didn't like" far enough, you can achieve 100%.

I see the following problems here:

1) We are actually going into that direction
2) something that can devastate someone's life is based purely on he said/she said, corroboration helps, but we have infamous cases in which three different complainants were caught lying.
3) A double standard: it's hard to imagine situation in which man who, was even punched into face/kicked in the balls for refusing to have sex:
a) would complain about it openly
b) get any sort of support, if he does
c) for alleged perpetrator to face any retribution at all, let alone what a man would get (see how Democratic party has handled Cristina Garcia vs Al Franken

Why was her face close to his penis then anyway?
Maybe he has one hell of a penis, like with this guy (NSFW).

I'm sorry, but a story about girl getting slapped by penis is only going to evoke laughter, not dread or sympathy.

100% agree. People's lives can be flat out ruined because of this, even if they are found to be innocent.
Yep. Not only family and job, but also would probably suffer a paranoid introverted life. One could be totally normal and be led into serious depression. Essentially false accusation damn near terrorizes one's life.

I remember Howard Stern saying that Foxx has some real skeletons in his closet, I wish we could find out what he knows...

The amusing thing to me about the De Niro / Trump feud is that they were somewhat allies in the narrow scope of being anti-vaccine activists-in-arms for a while, although both seem to have now placed that on the back burner.

If there's merit to her case, I hope he gets what's coming to him. If not, I hope we have the decency to forget all about it. If there's nothing to her case and you've already accosted the man, I hope you have the dignity to apologize.

Make it a thread. Deserves it's own.

If this is that months old allegation, no it doesn't. People should stop talking about it altogether, because it's almost certainly a lie. Mostly I take an "I don't know who to believe, so I'm not going to decide either way" attitude towards these things, but Stalone's ex-wife who hadn't even spoken to him in years stepped in when that allegation was first made.

When Stalone was accused of doing this, his ex Brigitte Nielsen said that they were newlyweds at the time, and were completely inseparable. She watched him film all day, and any time whatsoever he wasn't filming, he was with her. She has publicly stated that it would have been impossible for that accusation to be true.

ether it’s true or not, it’s not about Foxx. Also since you have this info, it should have its own thread and the ex wife story in the op. Imo

B-but real victims of sexual assault will be scared away from coming out and telling the police! So let's sacrifice a few innocent men (they're not individuals, just statistics, you know) to grant these women revenge.

:/

Yes, it's gross bs and it needs to change.

Most likely pretty much everyone in the entertainment business has done some sort of sexual assault. I am sure there are some innocents out there, but when you have money power and fame you start to get used to getting what you want.

This can range anywhere from grabbing a butt/boob to outright rape but I don't doubt that the last century of Hollywood and the music business is full of it.

Dudes are horny, we like to get it on. When you add in being a rich celebrity that is never told no and gets whatever they want well its a recipe for disaster. Not to mention it seems that the authorties will easily look the other way when it comes to famous rich people and then you start to feel invincible.
