Can I use HDLoader to play debug code?

Some of the sites I write for want to send debug/preview code my way, but I don't have a modded PS2. I do, however, have a PS2 HDD. If I used HDLoader, would I be able to play these betas?

I don't know nuffin' 'bout no HDLoader, but I use Magic Slide. $29.99 at japanvideogames.com and you'll be up and running preview code with little effort. Then you can expand your freelance career and BECOMES FAMOUSE!!! okay no

Buddy, why are you so worried about the TOS in this? The GAF Administration should know this is legit--because I figure they woulda gotten the email.

I'm guessing that some game betas would work and others will not... Since HDLoader doesn't work with every legit PS2 game out there, most games run perfectly, but there's a good chunk of ones that don't... So my guess is it would be the same way with debug code.

If a finished retail game works with HDLoader, then chances are its beta worked too... and if a certain game beta didn't work with HDLoader, then it likely (but not necessarily I guess) still wont work when it's finally released.

All just guessing on my part.

HDloader could play them, depending on how the game is built. Like Naked Snake mentioned, not all games work with HDloader, so I'm pretty sure the same is true for betas

And yeah, unless you have a fliptop/slide/modchip/whatever, be prepared to put the HD in your PC to copy it over, or do it over a network.
