I'm selling my Xbox to a friend tomorrow, and will be cancelling my Live account. There isn't any sort of limit on the number of Live accounts 1 Xbox can contain? Also for cancellation will I just need my Gamertag and credit card veirification, or will I need stuff like the console's serial number?

Not sure about the number of accounts... but when I called to cancel mine, I believe I just needed my gamertag and credit card number.

You can have up to eight (8) Live accounts on one Xbox.

Don't know about the other stuff, though.
