It's not fake--gamefront.de also reported it would be taking place today. I think Johnny Nighttrain was also speculating (or hinting) that there would be some new Capcom related DS stuff.

Can someone provide a link to an official press release from Capcom about Viewtiful Joe on PSP?

I only recall seeing an official release about Viewtiful Joe on DS, and that's all Clover mentions on their website from what I can see.

That's funny, I keep reading user comments about RE4 on Xbox, but it simply isn't going to happen. Sure, we all know that Mikami doesn't like Sony and it still ended up on PS2, but we also all know that Capcom (the entire company) really doesn't sell many units on the Xbox, so they have no reason to port it. They would've ported other titles by now if that was the case.

If you're an Xbox only gamer, you still have 2 choices to get RE4, now on GC or later on PS2.

It was a typo, the forum actually went over it before. Capcom probably should've done a PS2 port too though, given that's where their 2D fighting fanbase is (and the PSP version's sold about 9k so far).
