The cops are behing him a ways. This isn't high speed so they're just going to follow him until he's out of gas or becomes a danger. There's no reason to strike and cause an uproar. They can just wait him out. Apprently he's not even armed anymore.
I'm watching this until they snag him. I want to watch the take-down. I was watching The Twilight Zone but those episodes are all scheduled for the marathon so I'll catch them then.
