I still fail to see how having a touch screen is considered a gimmick. There are still 6 buttons and a directional pad. The touch screen is an added feature to give the option of controlling games in a different way if the developer so decides to do so. As has already been mentioned, most games allow you to do both. Also, most of those that only use the touch screen to control such as Kirby and Yoshi, I have enjoyed. Of course, some games have used the touch screen in a "cheap" manner, but that is not the fault of the touch screen itself but rather the developer who decided to make the game like that. Then again, maybe I just enjoy "gimmicks" as I think touch screens, mics, and gyros are cool alternative ways to interact with a game. I also have an ever growing interest in Sony's Eye Toy but will prob wait for the next version and look forward to trying out the Revolution or w/e it will be called. Don't get me wrong. I still enjoy the conventional way of playing games but is it so wrong to have the occasional change of pace? On the other hand, I am still waiting for a compelling reason to have two screens....
Anyways, to get on topic, Card Fighters was one of the main reasons I had an interest in buying a NGPC before it went the way of the dinosaurs. I'm glad I now get the chance to play this game. I hope it takes advantage of the Nintendo Wifi Connection.
