I donno about you guys, but the addition of a permanent-map sounds awesome to me --- could really give the pacing a push, and hopefully allow for more complicated labyrinths.

Well, it's looking more like a mini-SOTN and less like another GBA game, at least.

I'm betting that shot is from the vs mode, not the main game. We know he shows up as Arikado in the main game, but that screen shows him in SoTN garb and it also has pictures of some of the other characters at the top of the screen.

Still, I would love to see him as an optional character in the main game, especially if Iga allowed his bonus characters the depth of play of his main characters.

I loved the technique that 'Genya Arikado' used in the beginning of Aria. I forget the name of it, but it was one of the more difficult techniques to pull off in SotN... Soul Steal, or something?

He'd make an awesome playable character... Soma, J Belmont, and Arikado.

it says that "Julius mode" will be unlocked when you do something right
you can control Julius. Julius will meet Yoko and Alucard
then you can control 3 of them

the music, the graphics everything looks amazing the art is meh(except the wallpapers which looks nice), but I can tolerate it so fuck it bring on Castlevania DS.

The huge character portraits used during dialog look fuckin sweet. Can't wait to see Hammer and the gang again. My gaming taste has gotten so fucked up over the years that this will probably be my favorite game this year. Unless Dragon Quest Z turns out ass rapingly awesome.
