the next thing since sliced bread
don't hatch your chickens in one basket
don't let the weather get over you
that's the third straw
 
People who say 'close minded' instead of 'closed minded'.

What's sad about the examples in the OP is that the original catchphrases are so obvious that the people getting them wrong sound like dumb children.
 
I used to say "I can't be asked" instead of "I can't be arsed" because I thought it meant "someone could not ask me to do it because I can't be bothered to".
