bobafett, presumably there's no actual cellphone with a HDD in it yet - the cellphone looks like a mockup and the display is probably just to show off how tiny the hdd is and what it will potentially be used for. I believe Toshiba just announced a .85in HDD recently, so maybe this is theirs.
