There's... A New continent? And a new tavern. The worst part is that it doesn't appear as new story content, but at the bottom of your chain quest list (continent overview, second tab).

I'm still doing the first set of quests but there is indeed a tavern on the map.

This had gone completely under my radar, and isn't listed in the new wikia either, excuse me if it's old news.

P.S. Do forgive the double post, I think it's bump worthy in case someone missed it.

oh yeah, the kadokawa collab continent
it looks to be permanent and the tavern unlocks super early but its been pretty overshadowed by the casino lol

I should have beaten the first set before posting, since the reward is a collab character lol

Oh well, it was too strange to be a new story continent. Thanks for the heads-up!

Man these damn gold skeletons can fuck right off

Edit: Ok if I go all knights and spam Selveria's beam cannon I can just barely make gold :/

Ludmila is effective against the gold skeletons. If you time her special attack right you can take out two or three at once.

Are you the one using her cause if so thanks to you I was able to clear the 20 cost casino in enough time to get the 400 gatcha coins :D

Also what's her deal everyone I've seen has her a MLB was she a ring or tower event?

I got her MLB, but didn't level her until now heh

Lol learned the hard way to keep my Gunners away from this jerk. Just got wiped out in the first wave

One of the good things about total war mode is that you can keep trying until you win. I always end up doing the harder quests just for the better prizes. I'm still waiting for that last SSR though.

Huh, I took a few months off from CC after getting annoyed when I pulled 7 of one featured character and 0 of the other (the one that I wanted). Now I come back to find the game is closed down. That actually makes me feel better.

Think I'll try out JPCC. Doesn't look like there's much posting going on here, but any advice on a must-have character to reroll for? I'm thinking to just pick up Chidori for now. And probably take Muzica for the free SSR, though I need to look at the characters I don't recognize there to see if there's anything better.

I don't think there's really much reason to reroll for any of the characters in the first tavern. You're probably better off just getting one of the SSRs in the Fes, and saving up pulls for the later taverns.

Chidori or Lanceburn would be a good starting SSR

they both offer good party buffs to common units (sword users, HC knights respectively) so its easy to build a team around them

besides that, might as well wait for different fes to happen or a pick-up change if you are really aiming for someone

getting either Chidori or Lanceburn would also help you in the demon raid that's going to start up next week

Thanks, I went ahead and got Chidori. I think the only free pick competition for Musica is Lilith, but if I go with Musica I'll never have to pull from Lake of Sand, so I think that puts her over the edge.

What do people think of the two hunters? I only got one of each but I'll probably switch to Chidori when the raid starts

I don't have too much experience with V2 arcana, but Chidori seems great to me. I actually managed to MLB her with around 34 pulls. I'm basically stronger than I was in GCC, after just a couple days. :p

Gonna be sad when this new player buff ends. All the free souls from leveling up constantly are really nice. Up to DR level 74 already, might be able to chug along to 100 for the first day.

Also, the Berserk demons seem to show up pretty regularly. I've had 4 friends send them (got a 5* enhancer, 2 weapons and missed the 4th) and just got my first now.

They really seemed to up the number of rampaging demons from last raid it seems. I got 4 already. Too bad all i got was junk from them

Up to 215 now for the raid. Not bad for a week old account. It's nice to have a fair demon raid, without any of that 8 fucking waves crap that Gumi kept pulling.

The guaranteed MLB is nice too, though I wish the demon sold for more rings. Whenever I get extra copies, it's like "Eh, 6 rings is nice I guess". Hardly anything to get excited about now.

Wow, you got really far. In all the raids, I've never really bothered to go much higher than 120ish. But yeah, demon raids are usually pretty easy to MLB. The only time I failed was that shining collab because they gave two different characters and I could only MLB one.

I know the thread is dead, but if anybody is still around... thoughts on version 3 so far?

My nihongo is pretty weak so I can't say much about all the changes or additions, but the UI looks pretty slick. Most significant change so far for me is that they finally added the 10+1 option for gacha when you use prysma.

I'm still around. It took me like an hour to figure out where everything got moved too lol. Specifically the book 2 story quests I was still working though

Edit: Oh cool you can use the special abilities of people that aren't on your friends list now

Nice, didn't know they changed that about using people who aren't friends. That would make friends not as important, unless there's some other restrictions still.

Other random stuff I've noticed:
-Lots of nice QoL changes here and there: much better search options when you're for looking at characters, prysma shop and ring shop together, a simple button to get all non-arcana items from gift box, etc.
-SSR Gacha chance in book 1/2 taverns bumped up to 10% permanently. Not sure if this will apply to book 3 taverns as I haven't reached one yet.
- +10 to max party cost? I guess this helps with the power (and cost) creep.
-Weapons and enhancements no longer count towards your arcana limit. Frees up a good amount of space. But I wonder if there's a limit to how many weapons/enhancements you can hold.
-New missions that give a good amount of prysma.
-Separate section for daily missions. Seems like you get a prysma a day for completing dailies.

Weapon & Enhancement not counting towards the arcana limit is like my favourite feature from this update.
Also love the new daily mission, easy way to get a free prysma every day (together with the 10+1 prysma roll, it's great)

I'll probably just do 5 pulls and hope for the best. My luck has been terrible for the past few months, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
