Cheap Arse Gaffer |Europe| With Or Without EU

If they have a PayPal checkout you'll not lose any money should such a thing happen

They do offer PayPal checkout yep.

It's what I use with them.

That said even without Paypal, you can ask your bank to do a chargeback as long as it's within 100 days and it's under £100 as far as I remember. (Note: Don't do a combination of both, if you used Paypal go through paypal - asking your bank to chargeback a paypal purchase is a surefire way to get your Paypal account shut)

Even for slightly more expensive purchases, a Credit Card also works. Anything between £100 and £30000, and the card provider is also liable so they're obliged to sort anything that goes wrong out ie give your money back. (This is the only reason I have a Credit Card, really, I don't actually use it for Credit....)

I don't think they did offer it at the time, otherwise I would. I certainly use paypal for most small purchases from unknown companies these days. Lesson learned.
But they are a nasty company IMO

CDKeys have Andromeda for £34.99 on PC. Anywhere cheaper?

Doubtful this close to release I'm afraid. Prices slowly creep up at this point and might dip post-launch from my experience. It went as low as £31.99 I think. It'll probably settle at £38 for release.

Don't forget they have a 5% off code on their FB page.

How fast do they deliver outside of the UK?

Bought a COD last month from them, 5 working days later it arrived.

Bought 2 more games last week, should come today/tomorrow.

In the meantime, my Horizon from TheGameCollection is yet to arrive (shipped 2 days before launch day, so 6 days already. Not on a rush as I got MGS V last weekend.

Has anyone who ordered Nier at base.com received a shipping notification yet? It says that their Day 1 Stock ist sold out and I am a bit worried that my order came in too late ;<

Does anyone know where to buy EU Nintendo eShop codes with PayPal without a ridiculous markup?

Also, can you use any EU code in any EU region?

Can I ask a quick question please guys?

I'm sending my friend in the US some games (I'm in the UK) & was wondering if the US has a import limit similar to the UK limit of £15.00. The actual value of the games is £60.00 & I'm shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked & signed for.
Thanks! :)

I've recently send a PS4 with Parcel2Go.co.uk to some gaffer in New York , I marked it as £150 (for insurance) and flag it as a gift, I used the UPS service, it was the cheapest, and it didn't had any issue, or any delay (it took 4 days to arrive), it cost me around £30 for the insurance (I guess yours is way cheaper), but it didn't have any customs issues, anyway I'm not sure about how customs are in the USA, but that was just my experience.
edit: I send it from the UK.

The US have an "import limit", but it's US$800 iirc. So nothing you should worry about.

Edit: mind you that while they are less restrictive when it comes to stuff like video games, there's stuff like food etc (e.g. beer, ...) that they simply won't allow into the country. So, if in the future you would like to send your friend other stuff, best to keep that in mind.

Has there ever been an Xbox One S deal for about 199 Euro? I am looking for a good 4k blu ray disc drive for the TV.

Yes, but more often you find some Xbox One S bundled with a game for 230 EUR. You could still sell the game then and have that price. Doesn't look like there's anything right now.

If you live in Germany, you could order the Minecraft bundle for 230 EUR. The download code can then be sold for 15-20 EUR.

Thanks for the detailed replies guys. Much appreciated. :)

Anyone from outside of the UK preordered something from Simply Games? I'm in Ireland and just wondering if they're good about shipping new stuff in a reasonable time-frame?

Amazon have been really bad recently. Went years using them without a problem but now they get nearly everything wrong. Wont risk pre-ordering Scorpio with them later in the year now

Just had confirmation that they have cocked up Nier. Dispatched today arriving mid next week. In a sense I don't mind as the have to keep giving me back my money.
