Cheap Arse Gaffer |Europe| With Or Without EU

Hi guys. I'm at a loss on what to do here.

Meanwhile, I asked amazon.de to send me a label so I can return their order but it's starting to look like amazon.fr isn't going to ship my order so I'll be stuck with the far more expensive one from amazon.de.

My question is: do I have to return my order after asking them to send me the label or can I still keep it if I change my mind. I'm assuming I can, just want to make sure. I'm worried I'll end up empty handed if I return it. This is really frustrating, this is one of my most anticipated games ever and I'm stuck here playing the waiting game.
 
 
Sent an email to amazon.fr and they just told me that they don't have any more stock of the Take Your Heart Limited Edition, good thing they've warned me weeks in advance so I could try and get it from somewhere else. /s

So yeah, they pretty much kept my pre-order up in case they end up receiving more stock but I really doubt that'll happen. They did recommend me their 3rd party market which is full of scalpers and gave me a 5€ code for my next purchase there, how thoughtful.

I'm quite upset right now, holy shit how did they drop the ball this fucking hard?!

You can cancel the return order, you can even cancel the return of only one item in case you requested to return more than one.

Ugh, that really sucks mate. FWIW, I've seen a few Gaffers selling the TYHLE in the B/S/T thread. All seem to be in the US unfortunately, but you still might get a better deal from a Gaffer than some other 3rd party market.

Maybe this is what happened with mine, but that can't be, I placed the order on the day it went live, 6-7 months ago. It has been on preparing to dispatch for 3 days now. WTF is going on? I don't speak a lick of french, will I get a reply if I contact them in english?

We were discussing it on one of the previous pages in this thread, how Amazon can fuck over early pre-orderers. They don't seem to prioritise them at all.

Just got a reply from amazon.fr, they say they didn't get enough copies and are out of stock.
I asked how that's possible since I placed the order on the very day the item went live on the site.
Really curious to hear the answer.

I did the same thing, been waiting for a reply since this morning, I'm pretty sure they're going to stick their heads in the sand and hope for this whole thing to pass by.

EDIT: This is really pissing me off right now, they don't have enough copies to meet the demand but they just bumped the price and say it's available again, HOW THE FUCK DO THEY MANAGE THEIR SHIT?
 
Incredible. So, to follow up on the Persona 5 order I made from Amazon...

I contacted Royal Mail and they said that on their systems, it's been delivered. I said that I had 100% been home all day and absolutely no attempt had been made to deliver the game to my house. She gives me a reference number and says to wait 10 days for an answer to the investigation.

I contact Amazon as someone told me they'll usually send a replacement copy immediately. A few emails between and I convince the customer support member that I have checked everywhere in my house and the package was absolutely not delivered. Suddenly, my Your Orders page turns to "Missing" with a black line/cross. I ask for the replacement copy instead of the refund.

I get an email an hour later saying that the game is now out of stock and they haven't been told when they're getting another copy so they're just going to refund me. I mean, at least I got my money back but that is awful. Never doing pre-orders with Amazon again.

Just future advice for myself and others to not do "Free Release Day Delivery" and just buy First Class or Courier or something, or don't bother with Amazon/Royal Mail at all.

I'm pretty sure someone pinched my copy from the sorting office now.
 
I contacted amazon yesterday when my P5 still hadn't shipped, and the expected ship date had previously been the day before. I was told:

you will receive the order within 7 April 2017 - Saturday, 8 April 2017 .
*without fail.

It has now dispatched. With an estimated delivery of 12th April. Smh.

Out of desperation I actually ordered another copy and the new order says it's currently being prepared to be shipped while the other simply says that it's not been sent yet. :|

Considering what's been going on with our orders I wouldn't be so sure that the status on our orders can be trusted.

Since they gave you your money back you might just take a gamble and try to order it again and see if it gets delivered this time around. Worst case scenario they'll refund you once again.
 
What really pisses me off is the fact that this had to happen with P5. I've been gaming for almost 30 years and this is by far one of my most anticipated games ever, the wait is fucking killing me. I'm glad I have Nier to keep me busy.

Well, same thing happen to me with GAME and the switch, they send my switch 2nd class no tracking at all -____-, and obviously it never arrived, they made me wait 5 days and refund me.

Luckily I had another one placed with amazon.it that made it (4 days after release), but royal mail with no tracking with something bigger than a small letter is a no go.

If you're not in a hurry, and you don't mind american version, try video game plus ? or maybe zavi ?
 
I know it's just come out but is there any sly little deals for Near A Tomato yet? I wasn't on board but I think I might be on board now, the combat looks so good. Failing that, Gravity Rush 2?
 
Can anyone confirm that this is the full game of Dragon Age Inquisition? It's showing as the deluxe version of the game with a PS Plus price of £2.99? Possible price error?

I believe it is! The GOTY edition is £6.99 as well. Considering getting the GOTY edition myself.

Gravity Rush 2 digital is on PSN sale for another few hours - around £25 - but I think it may be PSPlus deal only. On mobile so I can't give a link, sorry.
 
Dragon Age is on sale every other week in BR PSN for around 5 euros/dollars, im surprised it took this long for this price to reach other PSNs. It's definitely not a price error. Same goes for racing and sports game (except football), I paid 4 euros on UFC when it was over 20 in EU PSN...

i mean, netflix in BR/Mexico is the cheapest in the world, so i could see this being applied to PSN too, isnt it?

otherwise i only have a jp/ger/us acc. it already sucks to have that many accounts, so i dont care if BR/CAN have better prices.

Well... that would explain why my order at amazon.fr is in limbo as well. Luckily I kept my DE order as a backup and that one got delivered on time yesterday. Still super weird though....
