Cheap GameCube Hori Pad Clone?

I came across this recently.

Buy.com - GameCube Retro Pad (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=50018804&dcaid=1688)

It appears to be a generic clone of the Hori pad for the GameCube, but it's priced at $8.00 and available for order from Buy.com.

Just thought I'd let everyone know. I'd normally steer clear of cheap controllers, but it's rather hard to create a traditional digital controller that breaks down.

What are those two gray buttons? The GC doesn't have a select button.

I'm assuming it's mapped to whatever button is used for SELECT when in Game Boy Player mode -- Y, I think. The Hori pad has START, SELECT, and a weird Z button in about the same place.
