I've linked to some of his tunes in the past but I dont think I've brought him up since the formation of Neo-GAF. I know the sort of stereotypical modern rock sound doesnt necessarily go over all that well at GAF, but check it out -- it's pretty decent.

Haha the guy sounded even more like Scott Stapp before but they didnt want that so they spent the last few weeks just working on his vocals. I dont think he sounds distinctly like him any more although I could see a Myles Kennedy comparison from Alter Bridge. On a related note, Brett Hestla played bass for Creed for awhile and was the lead singer/guitarist for the supremely underrated Virgos/Virgos Merlot.

A little bump since they've finished their demo and now have 4 songs available. Jeff Hanson (manager for Creed previously and now Alter Bridge among others) said Letters has the makings of a "fucking smash hit" and it looks like it has a good chance to be added to the playlist at the local mainstream rock channel WJRR which could be a huge break for them.

All 4 tracks are available on there.

While listening the first thing that hit me was Creed. Then the band that kicked Jack Black out in School of Rock. Uhg. But this will have to do...
