Everyday my English teacher gives a quiz to make sure we've done the reading. We were reading "Death of a Salesman" and this was one of the questions and my answer:

3. Who wrote this [Death of a Salesman] play?

A human maybe, might of been male or female.
Most likely a playwright

and next to the question the professor put "OK, I'll give it to you".

Yeesh, I haven't read that in years and I still knew the answer off the top of my head. You have one lax teacher.

I once convinced a physics prof in college that one of his questions was badly worded, and thus managed to raise my score from 29% to 35%. I still did manage to pass that course amazingly, with good lab work. The question involved a weight hung from a string. Another object hits it at a certain force, and we're supposed to determine how far it moved. I argued that since he didn't specify from which direction it was being hit, that we couldn't know. Of course I knew it was implied that it was from the side, but since it could also have been from the bottom, which would have produced a different result, he gave it to me.
