Exactly! Olympics = Circle Line. It just has to, with all those people pouring in from O'Hare, they need an expedient way to connect to the northside. It might eventually get put into play on its own, but in my eyes the Olympics would make it a sure thing.
If you're dreading being in Chicago when the Olympics come, just rent out your place and take some vacation time. People made a killing renting their apartments and houses out during the Atlanta games.
