Not at all, really. Seems to say the same thing...without saying much. Will defend Taiwan...in the event... Does not recognize Taiwan as an independent state. It's a non-denial denial Taking sides without taking sides. Politics as usual. And yeah, it's politics, which well, seems to be discouraged here.
