Been mentioning this a few times in the iOS game thread but, while it's an incredible game, it's not the usual type of casual iPhone game and it's definitely not for everyone. But due to it having become one of my all-time favorites and it being so obscure, I decided to make an OT for it...
cs.one has perhaps been my absolute favorite iOS game for a long long time now, it came out more than a year ago and hasn't been updated much recently (this means, no retina/game center support).
But it's so obscure yet so uniquely and incredibly well designed and so addictive and immersive that I thought I'd make an official thread for it.
Let me warn you guys, though: this game is hard, if tricky learning curves like some of the Wipeout games have for example are not your thing, watch out, you might play this for one minute and think "well screw this". But if you stick to it and come to grips with the momentum of your ship (dual stick works best for me), it is amazing.
If you get the hang of it, the action quickly gets absolutely brutal and explosive. And the game's hints at the underlying 'hacking' concept are very stylishly integrated and contribute to the polished immersive experience, along with so many other brilliant artistic touches.
The interactive music is brutal industrial stuff and warps and distorts deliciously in tune with the action, though the game gives you the option you to blast whatever other industrial mayhem you'd like (or anything else of course but goddamn, some Front Line Assembly or Unit 187 works so well) through your iPod while playing it.

Its overall feel and learning curve reminds me a bit of Wipeout 2097, it's that game that I at first didn't 'get' but seemed to emanate such utter awesomeness that I kept coming back to it and eventually it became one of my absolute all-time favorites.
Hope this little thread helps it get a little bit more exposure!
TL;DR: awesome iPhone game but really obscure, trailer and stuff here http://www.hgrenade.com/circuit_strike/
