I did when I was at school on broadband. The video quality is just below what I would have liked (about 10-15 FPS), but it was definitely worth a whirl for what I got it for: the opportunity to see the 60-minute Iron Man match between Angle and Lesnar from SmackDown! That was a fun three weeks without power due to all the ice the east coast got a couple years ago.

The video files are licensed in Windows Media, so you don't get to keep a copy permanently, although I was able to download matches to watch non-streamed. WMP would check to authenticate before they played from my hard drive.
