"A former Rockstar artist revealed that GTA 6 trailers showcase highly polished scenes focused on specific camera angles, not the entire game's final graphics. The in-game visuals will differ, as many elements seen in trailers are subject to change before release, so fans should temper their expectations"

RDR2 trailer one year before release. Seems in line with full game. I don't think people understand the technical wizardry at Rockstar. Even the Xbox One version of RDR2 looked and played great

And yet there's going to be countless moments in the game looking better than anything shown in Trailers.
As usual with every Rockstar game since GTA IV.

Loooks like it's coming this year. Rockstar has started asking former dev's to start drip feeding people of what to expect.

I mean even the second trailer is far better than the first one visually

After seeing how many NPC's Pearl Abyss were able to place on screen at any given time with Crimson Desert. I could actually see this being a realistic and regular scene for GTA6
Yeah, but remember all the NPC's would need an animation cycle to exist, thats damn many animation cycles.

This is nothing new. The very first GTA V trailer has a part where we see two joggers, I've never seen joggers like that in that area. The same with the people near a mountain with backpacks, never saw this in the game. I bet RDR2 is the same story.

The graphics themself though, I believe it will look like that during gameplay. That was the case for the GTA V and RDR2 trailers and in some cases with the final game even looking better.

I do hope the beach scene from the GTA VI trailer is representative of how it will be during gameplay but at the same time I realize that might not be the case.

You really dont need to cry this hard over gta6 not being on switch 2 anytime soon.
It'll be ok I promise, the burning will stop eventually.

Rockstar has never done that before though, I mean yes, the final game has changes. But it's never lied in it's trailers about the general final product.

I do feel like the game is too much for the current consoles to handle. The graphics could be handled if the game was a smaller linear game but the combination of being a huge world with so many activities and stuff going on would be too much for this gen. The PC version and the next gen PS6/XBOX Helix version would be the true experience.

People need to be told that because people will always expect it to. I'm not sure why after decades of this happening, lol.

I have always felt R* having an unlimited budget and time to develop these games is a double edged sword. Sure, you can push the envelope technically but sometimes it is good to have some limits on what you are capable of or else it will just turn into overindulgence.

A lot of people are really expecting this in gameplay… (The amount of crowd at least)
Have you seen crimson desert npcs numbers and variety?

Now imagine rockstar expertise and 20x times the budget and manpower and 10 years of development...

If i was you, i would be much more worried how a possible sw2 version is gonna look and run :messenger_smiling_with_eyes:

I for one will be waiting for Detective Seeds to reach out to this dude via LinkedIn to clarify all this

We'll see, i keep my expectations under control. But i know is going to have the best graphics of this gen.

I was extremely pessimistic before crimson, but if pearl abyss can almost pull a rockstar with their first single player game, i think rockstar can do even better with this hardware.

Just forget 60 fps mode on console.
