Was I the only one who enjoyed the first game? Considering the lack of sales for the first game, I am surprised there is a sequel. Perhaps it is a low budget sequel.

4 million copies sold, according to the Japanese Playstation account on Twitter. If the budget is sane it'll do fine, I'm sure. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out, definitely seems to be leaning into the horror angle more.

Ok nevermind, that gameplay presentation sold me on the game, that "assimilation" mechanic to choose if you have party members on the field or buffing you as equipment is a total game changer and makes me wonder why nobody else doing soulslikes ever thought about it, they also added shields, weapons have unique attacks, and you can now have two weapons equipped at the same time, overall combat looks way better in the sequel.

So you don't like anime design and think it has something wrong instead of assuming it's just not your thing, gotcha

I do like anime in general, not all. I have watched plenty and still watch plenty anime and plenty do have great outfits.

I don't believe I ever said anything was wrong, just that I find the design stupid, lazy. Like, "really? You can do better." That's really all it is.

Hmm I don't think it looks like that at all, I think the first game like better but the problems I see with this one isn't designs, more like graphics
