Description:
Customer Service Crewmembers will be responsible for all facets of Airport and Ground Operations. Duties may include customer check-in and boarding of flights, loading and unloading customer luggage, parking and pushing out aircraft, assisting with fleet servicing, cleaning aircraft interior, and maintaining ground equipment. In addition, Crewmembers may also be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of catering equipment. These duties may include driving large trucks, working safely on truck platforms extended 15-20 feet high, climbing truck stairs, lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 100 pounds), safely delivering all onboard snacks and beverages, Crewmember supplies, and any required safety and security materials/publications in each seatback on the aircraft, performing inventory checks utilizing basic math and computer skills.
