Tulip Computers sold its Commodore International subsidiary to Yeahronimo Media Ventures today.

I don't know much about Yeahronimo, but it seems as though they're mainly a company that works with digital music downloads. Tulip was selling some portable music players in Europe under the Commodore brand name; apparently, this fits in well with Yeahronimo's strategy. Of course, Tulip also helped bring to fruition the Commodore 64 Direct-to-TV self-contained video game unit, which was released last month.
