I'm in the market to upgrade my desk (which is actually a plastic folding table - the kind you might set up for a picnic group gathering).

The problem is I can't find anything locally (e.g. at Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Office Depot, and Sams Club) that fits what I'm looking for:

1. Ability to hold my computer tower below the surface of the desk.
2. Ability to hold my printer
3. Storage compartments for miscellaneous stuff like thumb drives, SD cards, etc.
4. *Not* a corner desk

That's about it. I'm not against a hutch of some kind, but ideally it wouldn't have one. Any suggestions as to where to look to buy?

I bought a $40 fold out outdoor picnic table. It does all those things except for having compartments, and has a ton of space even compared to expensive desks. Not very fancy though.

Ah fuck, I didn't see your note. We have the same desk.
