Computex 2025 - Asus true black glossy finish OLED monitor

How often do people upgrade their monitors? I have a PG42UQ OLED and couldn't see myself changing it until the day it dies.

glossy is the way.
my c1 48" lg oled is glossy but the reflections are VERY dim and most of the time not visible at all.
It's pitch black.
Only fools hate glossy. You are not supposed to consume oled content in the middle of the day with window reflected. At least put the blinds on man.

And that is for any content be it oled, ips, va, whatever. bright lights will always overcome dark areas of the image.
And matte displays just take any reflections and diffuse it over larger area, ruining black levels. It's just simple physics and observation

Old tv is old
lg c1?
It's 13k hours. Looks still brand new. no burn out at all.
I want to replace it but with what? C4 can be had for good price nowadays but c5 just came out.... and both of these do not differ at all from my c1.

I do have evo panel. It was a lottery with c1
