for me this series ( conflict desert storm,1 and 2,conflict vietnam) are one of the best multiplayer games there,plug ur 4 pads on the xbox (or ps2)and spend some time with the games and u know why

these games have everything i have dreamed for a esquad game, u can share weapons and objects from ur mates,u can take weapons from enemy,man machine guns,rocket launchers,drive vehicles( with eveyone of your squad taking a position into it) and u have nice level designs there,where u need to think the way to attack enemy fortifications,u got excellent firefights where u need to crawl under enemy fire to save ur fellows commarades from deah with first aid kits,etc etc

everything with 4 players on the same console

I have expend the past night with the last conflict game(Conflict: Global Terror), and the impressions cant be better,the graphics engine got a mayor overhault,and everything runs like butter,the command controls have been modified to make easier (but not dumber) we need more 4 players like this

My Cousin has the original two on Xbox, the ones set in the err, Iraq-type country. I quite liked them, nearly purchased them at one point. They were pretty cool.

How did you get ahold of global terror? I thought it wasn't out till october. Is there a demo out?

I think the games are pretty average in singleplayer, but are great fun in co-op mode. It's also nice that it allows everyone to revive one another with medpacks, so even if there's a skill gap, people can play together.

I got Conflict Desert Storm 2 after someone here recommended it (thanks man ). Very fun game in co-op.

I didn’t have as much fun in Conflict Vietnam, the game was super hard even in co-op. My brother and I never got to finish it.

Im going to get Conflict Global Terror next, seems really good.

I've got Conflict: Desert Storm 1 and 2 on GameCube. But yes Zer0, I share your love for the series, it's great fun with 4 players. Especially that mission in CDS2 when you're inside a bunker and have to protect some squads and a helicopter, man that mission is intense. We had to play that mission over 30 times because each time some squad member got shot and it's quite hard to distinguish them from the enemies.

Best co-op games I have ever tried. Great in single player too, but the co-op is spectacular.
