I would really hate having to buy from a pharmacist, for several reasons, but it's still nice to see another state with medical marijuana. I know a few people in a number of states who could really use it.

People brew their own beer. Fair point I guess, it just depends on how you perceive the drug. TBH if my own state required it I would comply. I've just gotten used to having complete control over my pain medication. It's very empowering for a person with a chronic illness...it would be hard to go back to my insurance company deciding how much I need.
edit: since I'm going out to lunch and can't sit around to debate this (though I'd love to), I should clarify that I'm arguing about a hypothetical scenario in which the federal government legalized marijuana and required dispensation from a pharmacy, which would of course involve insurance companies
