I'm not sure if we can tell, I think Sony usually report combined software sales numbers for both PS4 and PS5.

A combined 1.47B of PS4 and PS5 software units have been sold since PS5's debut in late 2020.

Why throw PS4 software sold into the mix? Because you can literally but PS4 games from your PS5.
