I feel like I've asked this before, but it's crazy if there really isn't an answer. Is there any legal way to disable musical cues ingame? The game sounds are already so loud I feel like my hearing will be damaged with earphones if the entire game volume isn't turned down.
And even with the game volume turned way down, the "deathmatch bonus weapon kill" is INSANELY loud. Also, the dominated/dominating jingles temporarily lower the volume of other sounds, meaning you can't hear footsteps or anything if you happen to dominate someone.

Pretty sure you can turn off all music and/or customize which music you want to hear in the audio menu. I have it so that I only hear the 10 second timer music.

My master music volume is completely set to 0. Do I need to lower the other sliders as well? I don't see any slider for the "bonus weapon kill", "dominated", or "dominating" musical jingles.
seems like something you might try before asking. personally never even heard one of those sounds.

I used to love playing on Office in casual. Never played it in competitive until today. Probably one of my most hated maps now (didn't help that we had two shit guys on our team) lol. Got steam rolled! xD
They only play in deathmatch and arms race as far as I know. Since you suggested trying them, I tried setting them all to 0. From a quick test, the death music and dominated music still plays in arms race, even with master and all sliders 0.
if its really annoying, try community dms and gungame servers, which are the same thing just less weird.
You can't turn down server specific sound effects I think.
Next time you're in a server with these sound effects write !help, !commands or something like that in chat and see if there is a command to disable the sounds.

I'm pretty sure there is a way to turn off dominated music but google doesn't give me a way to do that. I don't hear it myself. Weird

We have one, and tended to play 10mans on it quite regularly until Fallout 4 came out and everyone got sucked in by that haha.
We usually announce in here when we plan to play on the Gaf server
