Released in 2024 and recently added to Game Pass, I didn't see a thread dedicated to this game. Guessing it doesn't line up with GAF's gamer psychographic. Anyway, I wanted to do some unpaid promotion because it caught me by surprise how zen, unique, and well-executed it is.
From Steam, where it has an Overwhelmingly Positive rating with 20,000 reviews:
With a compelling plot to motivate through its ~10 levels, with each taking about an hour to complete, this game takes a unique idea and executes on it as well as could be hoped for. Add order to chaos: pickup trash, put furniture back into place, clean up...stains, and lay people to rest. Part immersive sim, there are also environmental secrets to uncover in each level as well as the inherent puzzle of being as efficient as possible.
Level up your janitorial skills with the money you earn to make the next mission go even faster.
Missions are well-paced and varied: you'll clean up a small run-down apartment to get the basics; an entire house where a filial murder-suicide took place; an entire Art Museum where the rich and powerful went all Hunger Games, and more.

Once you get tangled with the mob, you will forever be a part of the mob. At least they pay a decent salary and all you have to do is clean up after their dirty work, but you know what you're doing. So clean crime scenes, earn as much money as you can, and get ready for the next mission.
