Cruz basically daggered Kasich in the back:
During the rally, he told supporters, “John Kasich is a good and honorable man, but he has no path to winning.”

Kasich has “pulled out from the state of Indiana,” Cruz said as he framed himself as the only candidate who could defeat Trump, asking Hoosier voters to “unify and stand as one with us.”

This is why I think a lot of the republican establishment should want Trump over Cruz.

You maybe can't control either, but you can at least work with Trump without worrying about him stabbing you in the back the second he gets what he wants.
