WHO DEY!?
It hought it was OK. It seems like they are trying to set up longer plot arcs for the characters, specifically with this "He had an accomplice" plotline as well as Nick's emotional fallout from last season.

My wife pointed out something cool- the victim who got run over was smoking Morley cigarettes!

The #1 rated show is currently LOST. CSI used to be my fave, but it's losing interest. Too many shows spawned from it.

The season premiere of "CSI" assumed its usual spot as the night's most-watched show, coming in at 16.9/25.

"Lost" began its season at 9 p.m. with a 13.7/20 -- among the show's best ratings ever.

I guess you are right. I thought the premiere was ok. Ever since the teams got split, it hasn't been the same.

But they are not split any more. I agree last season suffered because of that.

I thought it sort of sucked. So it was a bum and a drunk guy? Yeah, I'll tune in next week for the conclusion.

Did you guys watch the same show I did? The only plot line left hanging was the audio tape. It was not a "To be continued..."

I just said they concluded those two plotlines. And the conclusions were bad. So I said I'll watch the conclusion to the other part sarcastically because the conclusions of the other plotlines were bad. Even though I'll probably watch it anyway.

I did not think the conlusion was any worse than alot of episodes. The problem with the show is too many characters.

Greg
Grisson
Sara
Nick
Warrick
Catherine
Brass

and

Hodges
Sofia

Plus incidental characters like Archie and Bobby. They even mentioned Jacqui in this episode.

I don't know, I've only seen like 20 episodes and I don't really remember most of them, but they seemed like really boring, sudden endings. It turns out there was no motivation, a drunk driver accidently ran into their house. She got out at the wrong part of town and was killed by a bum. Not exactly an exciting season-opener.

At least most of the characters are likable. Even though I don't remember than brunette girl talking funny like that before.

It was an okay episode of the show, but I agree on the conclusions, Temp; they were crap. This was less about the crimes themselves and more about the characters and all that fun stuff.

In other news, am I the only person who noticed that Sofia's accent seemed to exist? I wasn't aware there was one and it seems somehow more prominent than it was last season.

yeah, the accent was pretty bad. Nick's came out a little more as well...it's like he's getting more Texan every season.

And I find it amusing they found a female character (sofia) that is more of a tomboy than Sara.
