Anyone know a way to organize grid view images in the same way you can your general library? As it is it just lumps all games on your account together alphabetically regardless of what categories they're placed in.

Do you exit out of Steam properly before shutting down your computer? From what I've heard that's the leading cause of losing shortcuts and custom images.
