COD2 lead SKU is xenon. So Infinity Ward is building it specifically for Xenon, and then porting to PC and other platforms.

CoD2 is the only WW2 game I'm remotely interested in. Xenon version coming out is very, very nice indeed!

Now, having said that, I think Xenon will actually help out PC gaming. I'm not crazy (Well..), but think about it for a second. With the graphical prowess of Xenon, and XNA toolage, more developers should be able to build PC/Xbox 2 games more efficiently. They can bank on the Xbox 2 version to bring up the bulk of sales and not have to rely on PC sales as much.

Not really. Developers could be in pre-production for a game with the lead SKU being PS3 or Revolution.
