DA 5 BLOODS Official Trailer (2020) Chadwick Boseman, Spike Lee Movie HD

Saw this earlier and eh, I dunno

Spike Lee made a terrible version of Oldboy. Not all of that was his fault, I’m sure. Black KkKlansman was good, so that’s a plus.

I'll give it a look in when on one of the streaming platforms, it's not a purchase for me but looks like a solid return to form for Lee.

So, two timelines: soldiers in the Vietnam War find and bury treasure, and going back a very long time later to retrieve the gold they buried. Since the end of the war, though, relations have long since normalized and it's not a big deal to visit Vietnam as a tourist, so why would it require some kind of big mission by all of them to go back? The first guy who could afford it would hop on a plane and beeline straight to the gold. Maybe that'll be explained though.

Fat Jean Reno. What a cruel world~

Yo dude. How the fuck does this have over 90% on rotten with absolutely amazing reviews?!

The premise is cool, and could've been great.

But what the fuck?! This movie is on par with the latest Rambo in terms of quality, acting, editing, music, and painfully cheesy at times so that I couldn't tell if this was a fucking parody or not. I was looking forward to this too.

I haven't seen BlackKklansman yet but if this is supposed to be just as good then I don't know what to think now.

Some even praising the war scene
Dude this some bullshit. You fucking know why this has good reviews guys.

Now, is it horrible? No, the audience score of 60% -ish is right. It's a half decent, on par with typical Netflix offerings.

Feels like there is no integrity in journalism with critics at all anymore.
