well there went my Thanksgiving dinnerIf talking turkey then white but.....
The only difference between 'white' and 'dark' meat is the amount of use the muscle gets, regardless of animal. A pork tenderloin and the picnic ham will be vastly different in terms of cooking methods and texture. High work muscles contain more compounds that give the meat its flavor, which is why a ribeye is more flavorful than a fillet, even though the fillet is generally more expensive.i have come to enjoy pork over beef in my hot pot, this is a new development. what's pork, white or dark? i'm generally white meat.
That sounds a little white supremacisty...Turkey breast and chicken breast are my favorite foods. White meat forever
Turkey is for peasants. I don't eat that garbage unless it's smoked. So I guess white.
The darker meat. Legs, thighs and wings.I've never eaten dark turkey meat. How does it taste like?
Or you mean like the "under meat" that has a slight darker color? I prefer the breast area.
Yeah... I like them too but breast beats restThe darker meat. Legs, thighs and wings.

People who say this have only eaten frozen butter ball shit with a built in plastic thermometer.
I brined this fucker for 24 hours, rubbed a whole god damn stick of butter on it, dry rubbed with salt and spices, put sliced apple in its ass and throat and then and cooked on low for 4.5 hours...delicious.
Sounds bland as fuck.
