I'm amazed Snowblind was able to fit alot of resource-consuming effects into the PS2's 32mb of memory while mainting high frame rates(depite the slowdowns and freezing at times). We can't forget to mention that character models, armor and weapons are bump-mapped -- all at high-res.
Now tell me how many PS2 games do you find doing all that at one time?
