Well first, they say the first mod discs will take between 2010 and 2015 to appear.

Second, the article is from 2004.

And thirdly, 360 would need to modified to take advantage of the disc. They specificially mention the need of MOD drives, which would be backward compatible with CDs and DVDs when they are available.

it's not a DVD

and how would this help the x360? the 360 drive wouldn't be able to read these MODS.
