It probably confirms the rumor that it's a hot port from the PS4 version then. Not that surprising, it'll be in a better shape at release then.

Edit: Great news for the DLC though, Halloween 2013 was really great (unlike this year's pack).

Not too surprised; they probably needed more resources to make the crucial console release date and pulled the staff from the PC version to the console version as not to miss the date for that as well.

I don't know what people expected though after Dynasty Warriors 8 launched on Steam with PS3 textures, no online at all, and couldn't even run properly on Windows 8.

You notice with their stealth delay announcement they still won't give out any real PC specs or confirm current or last gen build... not giving a company like that any of my money.

If that is so, they should also delay the console versions to make it a good port then. At this point it just looks like a resolution boost and nothing more, which is a shame.

Seriously, people should be more interested by graphics, controls, netcode, than mods that won't be interesting anymore after some days.
